As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in helping people of all ages overcome various challenges such as anxiety, depression, developmental disorders, learning delays, peer relationships, self-worth, life transitions, and more. I hold an undergraduate degree in social work with a specialization in children from Stockton University and a master’s degree in clinical work with children and families from Monmouth University.
My therapeutic approach is centered on the client, and I use different techniques such as person-centered, client-centered, and humanistic approaches. This is because I believe that every client is unique and deserves personalized care that meets their preferences, needs, and values. I am dedicated to working with my clients in a non-judgmental environment to help them reach their full potential and overcome any obstacles that may be hindering their progress.
I am committed to understanding my client’s individual needs and providing respectful and responsive care. My ultimate goal is to assist my clients in achieving personal growth and reaching their desired outcomes.
